The Physical Environment

This course introduces students to the most fundamental concepts from physics and chemistry including Matter, Energy, Motion and Forces, and Waves. This course will explore the central questions related to physical science.  For example, “How do atomic and molecular interactions explaining the properties of matter that we see and feel?”, “How can one describe physical interactions between objects and within systems of objects?”, “How can energy be transferred from one object or system to another?, “What are the characteristic properties of eaves and how can they be used?.
