LONG TRAIL SCHOOL INDUCTS NEW 16 NHS MEMBERS
Long Trail School inducted sixteen students into the National Honor Society this month. Students accepted into the National Honor Society must demonstrate a commitment to the society’s four pillars: Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Character. Students selected for membership in the LTS chapter uphold principles of morality and ethics; are cooperative; demonstrate high standards of honesty and reliability; and show courtesy, concern, and respect for others. They are resourceful leaders, good problem solvers, promoters of school activities, idea-contributors, and dependable people who exemplify positive attitudes about life. They voluntarily contribute to school and community, without compensation and with a positive, courteous and enthusiastic spirit. Congratulations to the newest members of the Long Trail School chapter of the National Honor Society: Jaden Bauch, Austin Carr, Luke Choi, Estella Doulis, Jaren Gallo, Willow Hughes-Muse, Audra Marcus, Damian Markovic, Anna Mathewson, Jonah Neri, Grace Porter, Laura Rosenthal, Noel Schlageter, Kathryn Smith, Mackenzie Smith and Julia Worland.
