Voluntary Covid Testing
Students and faculty do not need to sign up for a time slot. Simply report to Stephenie’s Office anytime between 7:45 and 11:30 am each Wednesday. Anyone wishing to test must have a completed the consent form on file.
STUDENT-ATHLETES:
- Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated student-athletes are required to test weekly.
- Should a student-athlete miss the Wednesday testing they will not be allowed to practice or participate in competitions until they have submitted a negative PCR test.
- If your student-athlete’s status has changed, please be sure you submit the Vaccination Status Form.
