TESS KAHN TO DISCUSS A WHOLE NEW MIND ON MARCH 23

“At Long Trail, we create flexible and creative kids,” asserts Social Studies Department Chair Tess Kahn. On Wed., Mar. 23 at 7:00 pm at the Manchester Community Library, wnmKahn will lead a discussion based on Daniel H. Pink’s A Whole New Mind. She will facilitate a conversation about society’s inability to fully anticipate the jobs of the future and thus the need to educate students to use their minds effectively and to think creatively. Kahn explains the need to focus on how to engage with information and think through it. This is an open dialogue with no need to read the book prior to the event. As part of Long Trail’s Community Classroom Series, there is no charge to the public. Please come, bring a friend and join the discussion!
