LTS Model United Nations students participated in the 35th annual Horace Mann School Model United Nations Conference, HoMMUNC XXXV. At the conference, around 1000 high school students debated and resolved global issues that directly affect the world we live in. In accordance with the Center for Disease Control’s recommendations, the conference was held virtually. Long Trail Students were a part of a few different committees, debating the issues of Refugee Displacement based on Climate Change, Terrorism and the Modern Age, and Financial Consequences of COVID-19.
